Good day on the press. Even though I’ve done 80 x 3 x 3,
today’s 5 doubles represent 1 more total rep and 2 more starts, so I’m calling
it a PR.
Not a good day on the close grip. My shoulders felt more
fatigued than usual following the press and my repping strength was
non-existent. Probably could have done with a few more carbs pre-workout too.
