Comp Transmutation Block, Week 1: Day 2



- Squat: 136 x 3/142.5 x 3/153 x 1/142.5 x 2 x 4
- Rack Pull (mid shin): 160 x 4 x 4 @ RPE 8
- GHR: 3 x 15
- KB Swing: 3 x 15
- GHD Sit Up: 2.5 x 3 x 15
- Air Squat: 3 x 15
- Conditioning: 6 20s rower sprints 1:40s rest

    1. 83kg weight class and the meet is in November. BW is currently only at 80.5, so I'll be growing into the meet, which is good.

    2. Sweet. You still working with Jordan like for your previous meet? What macros has he got your running at that BW?

    3. Yeah still working with Jordan. My macros are currently at 245/360/81 on low days and 215/560/71 on high days...and the scale is barely moving. So they'll continue to increase each week and the quality LBW will eventually go up.

      BTW, are you on the SS forums? If so, whats your username?
