Jordan has got me doing a deload week straight up. No doubt
a good idea. It’s just going be nice to not have to worry about my programming
for the next 3 months.
And it looks like Josh will be entering the meet in May as
well. Nat and Laura might also be entering, which is super exciting. A real
community of lifters being born.
