- Bench: 106 x 5 x 1 (all paused)
- Press: 70 x 3
- DB Row: 42 x 15, 37 x 15, 32 x 15
- Weighted Dip: 25 x 3 x 6
- Barbell Curl: 44 x 2 x 5, 1 x 10

  1. I'm going to move to something more TM for my upper lifts next week as well.
    Mon: Bench Intensity + Press Volume
    Thu: Press Intensity + Bench Volume

    If I can't make that work, grouping the two volumes together on one day and the two intensities on the other is probably what I'll try next.
