Crushed everything today. Despite my less than 100%
shoulder/pec I still managed to hit a new 5RM with relative ease.
I love power shrugs and want to thank Mitch for introducing
me to them. Even at these lighter weights my traps are already looking thicker
and I feel more explosive.
Destroyed the farmers and sandbag. Grip was stronger than
ever. Might only do heavy farmers once a fortnight.
