Comments:
I’m doing power shrugs twice a week until they actually
get heavy and then I’ll do them just once a week.
Bulgarian split squats are fucking queer. All unilateral leg
work is. Can’t wait to be barbell back squatting again soon.
Couldn’t do my famers and sandbag work as it was bucketing
down outside. Did a quick tabata instead; it was awful. Will do famers on
Sunday when I do a “transition” session to transition into my new
Wed/Thurs/Sat/Sun schedule.
I should also note that at this stage there is a bit of a
question mark over my current bench/press set up. I’m not sure if I’m imagining
it or if it might be due to the stress I am experiencing leading up to my
teaching prac, but I seem to be looking smaller and feeling a bit weaker. My press
especially feels a bit heavy when compared to before I started this particular
iteration of TM. I am getting the feeling that I might just be doing too much
too often. But then again I’m not sure; I might just be a pussy. So I’ll keep going
with it, see how the next month goes and see where I am once I get back in PR
territory and reevaluate.
Well, you are a pussy. But I guess that just further complicates things...
