- Conditioning: Prowler - 10 x 20m trips with 185lb in 10:00 (alternating high/low handles)
Deadlift set was perfect. I thought about repping it out for a big PR but kept a few good reps in the tank instead. Next week will be different.
Popped another 20lbs on the prowler and man did I feel it.
