Good solid session today. An equal rep PR on squats and I definitely had a few more in me. 300lbs for 20 reps doesn’t seem too far away.
Ab wheels, GHRs and 15 rep squat sets...can you really call that strength training? :/

ReplyDeleteYou wish you had my quads. Maybe try some high rep squats when you get in better shape?
