Accumulation Block, Week 3: Power Day 

- Squat: 142.5 x 6 x 1
- Bench: 96 x 6 x 1 (all reps paused)
- Speed Deadlift: 145 + blue medium x 6 x 1 (on the minute)
- GPP Circuit:  DB Row—Prowler Walk—DB Incline—Knee Raise – Push Down x 5 x 10
- Conditioning: Prowler sprint x 30m x 12 (1 minute rest)
