Accumulation Block, Week 3: Strength Day

- Squat: 135 x 10/9/8
- Bench: 90 x 9/7/6 (first reps paused)
- Deadlift: 180 x 3 x 5
- GPP Circuit: Chest Supported BB Row--DB Lateral—Air Squat—BB Curl—GHD Sit Up x 5 x 10 

Comments: 

Squat is going through the roof, bench is in the shitter and deadlift is chugging along nicely.
