- Bench: 114 x 5 x 1
- Deadlift: 180 x 1, 200 x 1, 212.5 x 1 (PR) 202.5 x 1
- Barbell Reverse Lunge: 60 x 3 x 8
- Weighted Neutral Grip Chin: 25 x 2 x 8
- Abs & Neck
- Conditioning: Farmers Walk (120kg) x 5/Dip x 5 x 12 in 10:00

Comments:

Bench was a PR of sorts in that I’ve never done 5 singles at that weight before. I’m reasonably happy with the bar speed.

Deadlift came up fairly easily. Everything but the top set done strapless. 

First time doing reverse lunges. They’re not bad. 

That farmers walk and dip circuit was fucking brutal.
