- Bench: 87 x 5/100 x 1/93 x 2 x 5/93 x 3 x 4 (first rep of every set paused for 2 seconds)
- Floor Press: 90 x 4 x 6 (RPE 8-9)
- GPP Circuit: 5 rounds x 10 reps of: DB Row/DB Press/ BB Curl/Skullcrushers

So I’m currently 11 weeks out and the next 3 weeks of training is an accumulation block. 

Super excited.
