Accumulation Block, Week 2: Hypertrophy Day

- Squat: 117.5 x 5 x 8 (2 minute rest)
- Bench: 80 x 4 x 8/75 x 8 (2 minute rest & first reps paused)
- Weighted Chin: 20 x 5 x 6 (2 minute rest)
- GPP Circuit: : Skullcrusher—Air Squat—GHD Sit Up—Push Up  x 5 x 10
