Accumulation Block, Week 1: Strength Day

- Squat: 122.5 x 5 x 5
- Bench: 81 x 5 x 5 (all reps paused)
- Deadlift: 160 x 5 x 5
- GPP Circuit: DB Lateral—Air Squat—BB Curl—GHD Sit Up x 4 x 10
- Conditioning: 6 x 20s rower sprints 1:40s rest
