Crippling DOMS in my adductors and hamstrings
made squatting today the most painful and horrible experience I have ever had.
I mean, I’ve had severe DOMS before, but I’ve never tried squatting through
them like this. My left adductor felt like it had torn, but I did my best to perform what loosely resembled a squat anyway. It was totally fucked. I can only hope that I haven’t actually done damage squatting through the unimaginable pain and that
the DOMS won’t be so severe following my next hypotrophy day.
