Accumulation Block, Week 1: Power Day

- Squat: 127.5 x 8 x 1
- Bench: 85 x 8 x 1 (all reps paused)
- Speed Deadlift: 120 + blue medium x 8 x 1 (on the minute)
- GPP Circuit: DB Row—Leg Raise—DB Press—GHR x 4 x 10 

Comments:

Crippling DOMS in my adductors and hamstrings made squatting today the most painful and horrible experience I have ever had. I mean, I’ve had severe DOMS before, but I’ve never tried squatting through them like this. My left adductor felt like it had torn, but I did my best to perform what loosely resembled a squat anyway. It was totally fucked. I can only hope that I haven’t actually done damage squatting through the unimaginable pain and that the DOMS won’t be so severe following my next hypotrophy day.
