Accumulation Block, Week 1: Hypertophy Day 

- Squat: 115 x 5 x 8 (2 minutes rest)
- Bench: 77.5 x 3 x 8, 75 x 8, 70 x 8 (2 minutes rest & all reps paused)
- Weighted Chin: 20 x 5 x 5 (2 minutes rest)
- GPP Circuit: Skullcrusher--Prowler Walk/Reverse Drag—GHD Sit Up x 3 x 10 

Comments: 

This was a lot harder than it looked on paper.SI joint didn't give me any drama however. I don't want to get too excited but hopefully I dodged a bullet on this one.
