- GPP Circuit: Skullcrusher--Prowler
Walk/Reverse Drag—GHD Sit Up x 3 x 10

This was a lot harder than it looked on
paper.SI joint didn't give me any drama however. I don't want to get too excited but hopefully I dodged a bullet on this one.
