- RDL: 82.5 x 3 x 8
- Power Shrug: 100 x 3 x 5
- Abs & Neck
- Conditioning:  Prowler 10 x 20m trips with 105kg in 10:00

Comments: 

I decided that while my traps are kind of big, they’re nowhere near big enough. So I have committed to doing at least 2000 reps a week on the neck harness and learning to power shrug. Today’s shrugs were nice and light just to get the hang of the movement.
