- Squat: 132.5 x 3 x 5
- SLDL: 80 x 3 x 10
- Conditioning: Prowler 10 x 20m trips with 84kg in 10:00

    1. Yeah it's not bad. This was the last week of my 9 week cycle, so I'm not pulling next week (or I'll pull very light) and I'll then aim to hit a new max the week after.

      So far my hip is all good. So fingers crossed the cortisone injection did its job and I can finally get onto squatting 4 plates and beyond.
